Holywell Golf Club has a thriving 2024 Junior Section with 40 members of all abilities, between the ages of 5 and 18 years.

For several years we have offered free weekly Junior coaching for 1-2 hours during the season April until October. This is with our Professional, Lewis Johnson, and our 6 Junior Organisers, female and male. All of our Junior Organisers have a current DBS ( disclosure and barring services) clearance certificate.

Also, through the year, on Sundays, we have Golf Events averaging twice a month. There are competitions as well as social golf. There is usually an 18 holes completion from the longer yellow/red tees, a competition from the red, intermediate length tees, a competition on our short silver tees course and social golf on our short course for our younger, less experienced members. Junior Organisers also accompany the newer Juniors, helping them to get to know the course. We hold an annual Junior Open, usually in June, and have Juniors from other local and not so local golf clubs.

FREE junior lessons to all ages every Wednesday through the Spring & Summer. These lessons will start on Wednesday 17th April 2024 between 5pm - 6pm. All juniors will be accompanied by a qualified organiser and we can also provide equipment to those who don't have any clubs.

Junior membership for the year starts at £37.
